Perry is a native of Greenwood. He completed his undergraduate work at MS Delta Community College and Delta State University.He graduated from The University of Mississippi School of Dentistry in 1986 and returned to practice in Greenwood with Dr. Arthur H. Richter, Jr. In 1996 he merged practices with Dr. Charles Purifoy. After Dr. Purifoy's retirement in 2006, Dr. Whites partnered with Dr. Adam Hodges and they formed Family Dental Associates, PLLC. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Mississippi Dental Association.

Adam was born in Omaha, but spent his high school years in Jackson. He graduated from Delta State University and the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry in 2004. Upon graduation from dental school, Adam worked on an Indian reservation in Montana for two years. Adam partnered with Perry Whites in 2006 to form Family Dental. He is married to the former Jillian Sutphen of Greenwood and they have three children together. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Mississippi Dental Association. It has been Adam's honor to serve the great people of the Mississippi Delta over the past several years.

Wanda Horne is the Office Manager for Family Dental Associates, PLLC. She started in 1996 and has been a valuable member of our group. Please contact Wanda today with any billing or insurance questions.

Sandra Sturniolo has been a member of our team since 1998. Sandra received her hygiene training from the University of Mississippi Dental Hygiene School.

Rachel Mitchell has been with Family Dental since 2003. Rachel received her hygiene training from the Mississippi Delta School of Hygiene.

Melissa Fowler has been with Family Dental since 2004. Melissa received her hygiene training from the Mississippi Delta School of Hygiene.

Stacey is a Greenwood native and has been assisting Dr. Hodges for the past five years. Stacey has been with Family Dental since 2003.

Leigh has been with Family Dental for three years. She is Dr. Whites' dental assistant.
